WTOC Cookbook: Grandma Kate's Pumpkin Pie

Blend:

  • 1/2 can of Libby’s Pumpkin
  • 1 cup sugar 
  • 1 tablespoon flour 
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon 

Add:

  • 3 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • Pour into deep dish pie shell 
  • Bake at 415 degrees for 15 minutes
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
