SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - The Savannah Police Department located a deceased shooting victim on the 100 block of Tibet Avenue late Tuesday night.
Officers responded to the 100 block of Tibet Avenue at about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday.
When they arrived at the scene, they found a 20-year-old Jamar Davis, Jr. Davis died before officers arrived.
Detectives are investigating Davis' death as a homicide.
