SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Charlotte Russe, the women’s apparel company, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on Sunday, Feb. 3.
The store announced that it will close 94 stores across the country.
According to a report by USA Today, the Charlotte Russe location at Tanger Outlets – Savannah is on the list of closing stores. The location at the Oglethorpe Mall in Savannah is not on the list.
There is currently not a timetable for when the 94 stores will close.
The company was founded in 1975 in San Diego and employees roughly 8,700 employees.
