Greg Busby is leaving the Knights to become the defensive coordinator at Lamar County.

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Greg Busby has stepped down as Windsor Forest head coach to take the defensive coordinator job at Lamar County.

Busby tells WTOC the move will have him closer to family.

The Knights went 18-24 in four seasons under Busby, reaching the state playoffs in 2017 and 2018. Busby took over the program in 2015 with the Knights coming off consecutive 0-10 seasons.
