SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - A 19-year-old suspect charged with DUI and vehicular homicide will face trial.
A Chatham County grand jury indicted Alberto Marin today. Police say Marin was driving with friends down Veterans Parkway in April when he hit two men who were changing a tire on the side of the road.
Timothy Cannon died at the scene. Police say Marin and his friends jumped out of their car and took off. Officers quickly tracked them down and arrested them.
