SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - One man is dead and two others are in critical condition after a pick up truck collided with a big rig late Thursday night.
It happened at the intersection of Bay Street and West Lathrop Avenue. Police say the big rig collided with a pickup truck and all three men in the pick up were thrown out of the truck.
They say 61-year-old Joe Brown Jr. of Savannah died at the scene. Connally Brinson and Ricky Brown were also in the truck. They were taken to Memorial University Medical Center and are listed in critical condition.
The driver of the big rig was not injured. Police have still not released what caused the wreck.
