The College of Coastal Georgia welcomes new president

BRUNSWICK, GA (WTOC) - The Coastal College of Georgia welcomed a new president with a special cermony at its Brunswick campus.

Dr. Valerie A. Hepburn was welcomed as the fourth president on Friday afternoon and she was most excited about celebrating the growth of The College of Coastal Georgia.

"Today was not about the Inauguration of a college president, it was about the Inauguration of the new College of Coastal Georgia," said Hepburn in a news release. "We welcomed our first baccalaureate student on campus this fall. It is an exciting time on campus as we chart our course for a new day."
