SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - A new plan could change how and where your children go to school.

Savannah-Chatham Board of Education members highlighted their ideas to provide the resources necessary to give all students a better learning experience. Among those plans, Garrison will become an elementary *and* middle school for visual and performing arts with Bloomingdale's and Shuman's arts programs consolidated at Garrison. Also, some schools like Georgetown Elementary will hold middle school classes to give certain areas more seats for those grade levels. Parents say whatever it takes to make the grades.

"I think it's a good thing. The less kids in the classroom, the more one on one attention they'll get. So i don't have a problem with it," said Derek Davie.

As you might imagine, there's a lot of information about this program, and you can find it all on their website.
