SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - The new year brings about the 150th anniversary of Girl Scout founder Juliette Gordon Low's birth and on Sunday afternoon a few of her followers held a remembrance service in her honor.
"In Her Footsteps: The Life and Legacy of Juliette Low" presented the history of her family and the historic founding of the Girl Scouts.
An honor guard displayed colors to the sound of a lone bugle as all participants sung several musical selections that were favorites of Low's.
Organizers say it was a great way to remember a legend.
