SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Some youngsters and their parents are taking advantage of a popular free program.
Never has the dentist's office been so popular, unless it's free. Hundreds of people are taking advantage of Give Kids A Smile Day.
Volunteer dentists from the Georgia Dental Association and students from the dental hygiene program at Armstrong Atlantic are examining children from ages 3 to 18 for free.
This is the program's eighth year and like years in the past, many try to take advantage of the program.
Please call the Dental Hygiene School at 912.344.2597 and check if they are still taking patients.
The program lasts until 4pm.
