Rodney "the Body" Helaire

He's constantly in the gym.

Working on his bi's, his tri's, his quads, his hamstrings. Rodney Helaire is as much of a machine as the equipment he works out on.

"Being in the gym is my full time job along with body building." Says Helaire, "I normally compete about 3 to 4 shows a year and I'm also a personal trainer."

His body building career began 10 years ago. Helaire was stationed in Colorado and someone saw his potential.

Helaire recalls that experience, "I started training and allowed him to put me under his wing

and get me on stage for the very first time and from then on I've been on stage."

A world wide stage where he's earned countless trophies, professional championships, magazine covers and sponsorships. All thanks to hard work and dedication.

Helaire says, "I've been training for awhile this didn't happen over night for me. It's something I enjoy doing and from having a strict lifestyle it's enabled me to be one of the top natural body builders in the world."

Rodney's become a household name in the body building community. His face is all over magazines and recently he became a cover model.

"And now that I am on the cover it's like a dream come true."

Rodney is famous, but don't tell him that.

He says, "I feel like Rodney (laughs)"
