SAVANNAH, GA--One of Savannah's 100 worst homes is no longer.
We first told you about the bat infested home on Augusta Avenue last November (see Bats Take Over Woman's Home and City Helps Woman with Bat Problem).
Since our story aired, the city investigated and decided today's demolition was the best solution.
A back hoe was brought in Tuesday and the house was torn down.
Of course all those bats will now be looking for a new home, so if you live in the area and believe the bats are becoming a problem for you, you can call the Health Department or the city's help line at 3-1-1.
