SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Bulloch County authorities have a warning for drivers to obey the rules of the road or else.
Today marks the return of Operation Rolling Thunder. Back in 2007, more than 100 traffic officers from all over the state rolled into our area to crackdown on speeding.
This time, the operation is focusing on Statesboro and surrounding Bulloch County off I-16 northwest of Savannah. Authorities hope that when people see more cruisers on the highway, they'll remember to obey the law.
Operation Rolling Thunder will take place over the next 90 days.
