Stop thinking about what you want your life to be like 'one day.' On Monday and Tuesday, try visualizing your perfect job right now. That significant change in your attitude can make all the difference when it comes to some cherished goals. Rediscovering your sense of purpose takes time on Wednesday and Thursday. Forcing it won't help. If anything, you need to acknowledge how deep your current emotions run and take care of yourself in the most nurturing way possible. Use Friday and the weekend to figure out ways to do that.
