SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Parents at Hodge Elementary school might be able to keep their school open after all.
For weeks, concerned parents asked superintendent Dr. Thomas Lockamy to reconsider keeping Hodge Elementary open and at next Wednesday's school board meeting, Lockamy will present three options for them to discuss.
First is to keep Hodge open, second, re-furbish the old DeRenne Middle School or third, stay with the original plan to tear down the school to make room for the new Beach High School.
WTOC will be in that meeting and we'll have more information as it becomes available.
