16-year-old admits to setting four fires

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Hakeem Baker, a 16-year-old charged with arson, has admitted that he is repsonsible for four fires on North Fernwood Drive last February.

His defense attorney Michael Schiavone, says Baker's case will remain in juvenile court.

They did schedule an April 27 hearing to determine punishment and restitution. As part of the negotiations, the assistant district attorney dismissed one of the arson charges.

Baker will remain at the Savannah Regional Youth Detention Center until the hearing.
