SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Savannah-Chatham schools are looking to change the districts around.
School board members met with parents at Beach High School Monday night to discuss some possible changes. Board members want to make sure schools are utilized to the best of their ability. They hope to adopt a new plan by March of next year, which would go into effect the following school year, but they want to hear from you first.
"It's time to look at attendance zones as a whole for the school district, and tonight begins that process," said Otis Brock.
Here is how you can voice your opinion. They're holding numerous redistricting meetings all around the city, each one starting at 6:30pm.
