SUN CITY, SC (WTOC) - The FBI and the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office are investigating a Tuesday morning bank robbery at the Coastal States Bank.
Deputies say it happened around 7:30am at the Coastal States Bank on William Pope Drive just outside of Sun City.
The sheriff's office says a masked man walked into the bank with a weapon and demanded money. The say he was wearing a black ski mask and a dark colored jacket with a Hargray patch on the left breast and left sleeve.
The suspect took off with an unknown amount of money. No one was hurt during the robbery.
