ATHENS, GA (WTOC) - Uga VII, the mascot of the University of Georgia football team, is now resting beside his father, Uga VI, at Sanford Stadium.
Saturday, university dignitaries, the Seilers and family buried the famed mascot.
The English bulldog died Thursday of heart-related causes.
Uga VII, nicknamed "Loran's Best," was brought to the mausoleum in the southwest corner of the field where six previous Ugas are entombed.
