STATESBORO, GA (WTOC) - The cold weather didn't stop anyone from spreading the word about Bryce Tarter. Tiffany Busby and others passed out flyers in front of Walmart. They figured shoppers would leave from the store fan out across Bulloch County and beyond.

"It's the people driving to Guyton, to Savannah wherever," explained Tiffany Busby, who organized the flyer blitz. "They may be on the path he took. They can look for him, his truck."

Bryce and some friends came to Statesboro from Savannah for a party January 30. Friends say he disappeared early the next morning after they returned to Savannah. The assistance Thursday gave renewed hope to Bryce's parents who rushed to the region when he vanished.

"We can't begin to appreciate all the help, all the assistance, just the eyes out there looking for that vehicle," said his father, Blake Tarter.

"It gets me through. It gives me strength. The outpouring from the community. This community has been wonderful," added his mother, Michaella.

A national group, the CUE Center for Missing Persons, has joined the search. One group member said one flyer in the right hands can solve the case.

"One person who steps forward and says 'I saw that truck parked on so and so street', that can make a difference," stated Christy Davis of the CUE Center.

Bryce's parents and loved ones hope someone sees something that will get them information. Tiffany Busby didn't even know Bryce until she clicked on a link on Facebook.

"When I saw it, it touched me so much I had to get involved, had to do something," Busby explained.

Now they just hope the photos help anyone connect something they've seen or will see.

Bryce's pickup truck is a white Nissan with Maine license plates and Atlanta Braves and Falcon stickers on the windows. If you have any information about the case, call your local authorities.
