SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Just before noon, two pickups and an 18-wheeler collided on Dean Forest Road.

Savannah-Chatham Metro Police had to block the road between Highway 21 and Highway 80.

Two women in one of the trucks were taken to Memorial Health University Medical Center with serious injuries to the head.
