SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - The City of Savannah held a Girls' Night Out on Tuesday.
Hundreds of ladies packed the Savannah Civic Center ballroom enjoying vendors, great food and drinks and learned some fitness tips. The ladies also left feeling a little more relaxed thanks to some scalp, neck and shoulder massages.
"It's really important that women get a medical home and establish a relationship with a primary care physician . We think that would be the first step for women. They make many of the health care decisions for their families," said Beth Robinson, Savannah Human Resources Director.
WTOC's Dawn Baker had the honor of speaking to the ladies about managing stress and taking care of themselves, as well as their families. The special guest of the event, Style Network's superstar Ruby Gettinger shared her inspirational weight loss journey.
