Police investigating murder on Mississippi Avenue

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Savannah-Chatham Metro Police are investigating a murder that happened around 11:45 a.m. on Mississippi Avenue.

When police arrived they found 28-year-old Raymond Lamar Sapp in a car suffering from a gunshot wound.

Sapp was taken to Memorial University Medical Center and pronounced dead.
