SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - St. Patrick's Day is not until Tuesday, but that didn't stop some of our youngest revelers from celebrating Friday morning.
Nearly 100 students from Maggie's Morning School gathered in the Chuck E. Cheese's parking lot to present their annual St. Patrick's Day parade of pre-schoolers.
The toddlers through pre-kindergartners circled the parade "route" dressed in their Irish best as they sat on top of decorated bicycles and wagons.
"It's an opportunity for the children and their families to get together," said executive director Maggie Smith. "Some of them bring trikes, scooter, walking, some have wagons that are decorated like floats. Many of the children think this is the parade."
Maggie's Morning School has been holding this parade since 1985.
