Chambliss not to testify in sugar refinery case

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - US senator Saxby Chambliss will not have to testify and be questioned under oath by lawyers for victims of the Imperial Sugar refinery blast that killed 14 workers.

Attorney Mark Tate who is representing several victims and their families, tells WTOC that Chatham County state court Judge Hermann Coolidge today struck down the supeona that would have had Chambliss testify in those cases.
