Asian Noodle Soup

4 packages Ramen Noodle Soup - any flavor

3 Diced scallions

1/2 bag Uncooked Spinach

1/2 Package Broccoli Slaw (has slivers of cut broccoli & carrots)

Can of cooked chicken

1 Tbsp spicy or regular soy sauce

Can of oriental dried noodles

In a large pot, place water, seasoning packets and soy sauce and bring to a boil.  Turn down the heat so that the rest of the ingredients simmer and add spinach, broccoli slaw, scallions, and broken up canned chicken.  Let simmer for five minutes and then add the Ramen noodles (they will only need an additional few minutes to cook).  Spoon out into bowls and top with dried oriental noodles.

This is a good way to doctor up an inexpensive soup and it's low in fat!
