Americanized Burrito

1.5 lb. ground beef

1 small onion

1 tsp. garlic powder (or fresh garlic)

1 can kernel corn (12 oz.)

1 jar of salsa (18 oz.) (mild, medium or hot) to your liking

6 flour tortillas

8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

8 oz. sour cream

Dice the onion and cook it with the ground beef. Drain off any grease. Add garlic powder, kernel corn and jar of salsa. Simmer for 10 minutes. Place mixture on one half of the tortilla, add shredded cheese and fold in two. When you have 6 prepared, place in a 400° oven for 10 minutes. Serve with additional salsa and sour cream on the top.
