ATLANTA, GA (WTOC) - It's usually out with old, In with the new. But for the Atlanta Braves, their most recent trade off features a guy Braves fans have seen before.

Today the Braves traded first baseman Casey Kotchman in exchange for Boston's Adam Laroche.

Laroche is no stranger to Atlanta. He played for the Braves from 2004-2006. It's his second trade this month. He was dealt from Pittsburgh to Boston July 22nd.

Casey Kotchman, on the other hand, is leaving the Braves nearly a year from the date of last's year tradeoff with Mark Texiera. Kotchman is hitting .282 with six homers and 42 RBI.

Adam laroche is batting .248 with 13 homers and 43 RBI.
