Family of Murder Victim Seeks Help

Relatives of Randy Stevens are asking the public for their help. Forty-two-year-old Stevens was gunned down as he was leaving for work early on the morning of October 12. Stevens, a longtime city employee, was shot five times in the chest and the back. He later died from his wounds at Memorial Health.

Police have had few leads, and now family members hope someone in the community will come forward with the information they need.

"We are pleading to the public," said Sarah Stevens, the victim's aunt. "If you have seen or heard anything in relation to the death of our beloved Randy, we are asking you to please come forward."
