Suspect Sought in Car Dealer Homicide

Police are still searching for the suspect or suspects in the shooting death of Danny Johnson. He was shot Thursday afternoon while he was working at B&R Motors on Montgomery Street in Savannah. Officers say someone walked into the building, shot Johnson in the back of the head, then stole a car.

Johnson was rushed to Memorial Health where he died on Friday.

    Savannah Youth City held a telethon on Saturday at the Ralph Gilbert Museum in order to promote their "Ignite Change Tour", a community outreach program that allows young adults to be productive and make changes in their community. The tour will go throughout the Savannah community for the next 10 days to help spread the groups message.
