Double Stabbing Suspect Back in Court

The man accused of killing one person in a hotel and stabbing another at a local hospital was back in court today. Today a judge listened to testimony from police about William Ray Hills and what he told them about the stabbing death of Christopher Anderson. Police say Hills then went looking for his ex-fiance Julie Stokes and stabbed her in the emergency room of the hospital where she worked. Hills' own mother, Sanora Crew, says the attacks could have been avoided.

"He's guilty, he should spend life in prison," she said. "But this would have never happened if the police had done what they should have done to start with."

Hills is charged with murder and aggravated assault with intent to kill.
