Family and friends are mourning the loss of 15-year-old McIntosh County Academy student Daniel Gale who died yesterday after getting lost in the woods. Michelle Paynter spoke with some students today who went to school with Daniel and found many are still can't believe what happened.

Students at Georgia Southern University are protesting state proposed education cuts that could mean cuts in majors and programs at colleges and universities in Georgia. Bureau chief Dal Cannady was at GSU today where students and professors are worried about the future of their classes.

Parking meters in Savannah may be going high-tech with a new sensor system the city will be testing. Don Logana has been following this story and found what people think of the idea and how officials say it will help ease parking problems downtown.
