Threat level down...injured Iraqi boy treated in Kuwait...protests in Baghdad

White House officials lowered the terror threat level from orange to yellow today, saying that although hostilities in Iraq still continue, the war is winding down.

A young Iraqi boy who lost both of his arms and his family during the bombing of Baghdad is in Kuwait for treatment. He's burned over more than 60 percent of his body.

Residents of Baghdad are protesting in the streets today, saying they want real freedom, not under US control, now that Saddam Hussein is out of power.
