There are some new developments in the disappearance of a 12-year-old Savannah girl. Ashleigh Moore has been missing since Friday morning.
Today, Savannah police began a new search on Hutchinson Island, also in parts of South Carolina including Jasper County. Apparently, they have been receiving a number of tips from the community, and one tip in particular led them to those areas.
Unfortunately, the hopes of finding Ashleigh alive are beginning to fade. Today, police are suspecting foul play in her disappearance.
There are, however, still no suspects in her case. Bobby Buckner, the live-in boyfriend of Ashleigh's mother was arrested Saturday. He was the last person to see her alive and in fact, he reported her missing to police. Police still are not calling him a suspect and say he has not been charged.
