Stupidity Reigns Supreme  (Part 10)

So much stupidity, so little time.  Recently, a senior Iranian cleric proclaimed that if an earthquake strikes his nation, it'll be the fault of  women who fail to dress modestly.  Meaning anything less than being covered in public from head to toe.  Certainly a creative slant on seismic activity.  Oh, and Iran has just been elected to the UN Commission on the Status of Women. Should be easy.  Among radicals, they have none.

And lefties here have just fired another corpulent pig out of their PC cannon.  Wilder Publications has reprinted five of our great founding documents, including of course, our magnificent Constitution.  That's all positive, until you hit page-one and find a publisher's disclaimer (quote):  "This book is the product of its time and does not reflect the same values, as it would, if it were written today."  Yes, and thank heaven.  Too many citizens, from our leaders on down, have shunned, or never learned, America's history and traditional core values, like integrity and responsibility.  Self- above-service is the default-value of today.  The disclaimer then urges parents to discuss today's more-enlightened social views, before (quote) "allowing " their kids to read the documents.  What an indignity, created by imbeciles.  Like D.C. today, being so ashamed of our nation that a disclaimer, an apology, for our founder's brilliance seemed needed. Our Constitution is not, repeat not a "living document."  It's the firm, guiding foundation for our great nation's structure, rule of law and precious liberties.  Any self-respecting school or organization should refuse to use this disclaimer-disgraced publication.  We're drowning in a rising tide of political correctness and self-centered jerks.  No reason or need to throw them any more life-rings.
