Once again Bill shows why he should be writing editorials for Fox network. Be real, were Bill's "non-living" Constitution a fact women would not have the vote and Blacks would still be considered 3/5's of a human being. Get real Bill, this is why a disclaimer is necessary. Next time don't get your editorial subject from Fox News, try thinking.
