SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Savannah-Chatham Metro Police responded report of a kidnapping call just after 9:30 a.m. on West Victory Drive. Investigators combed the area and questioned a witness who said she saw a woman being forced into a van at gunpoint.
After interviewing the witness for a longer period of time, detectives determined that no one had been kidnapped and that there was a language barrier problem. She will not be charged with anything.
