SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - There's new help for those who want to quit smoking.
The Georgia Department of Community Health has launched a nicotine replacement program.
The NRT program is available to residents 18 and older who utilize the Georgia Tobacco Quit Line Multiple Call Program, according to the program website. Three choices will be provided at no cost for a total of eight weeks and medical overrides will be in place for those contraindicated for the program, including pregnant women, the site says.
