BEAUFORT COUNTY, SC (WTOC) - The Beaufort County Sheriff's Office Traffic Enforcement Team will be conducting a safety checkpoint on Thursday, July 29 from 8:00 p.m. until 10 p.m. at Highway 280 North at Palomino Drive.
Deputies will be asking drivers to show their driver's license, registration and proof of insurance.
The safety checkpoint is to enforce all South Carolina state laws with an emphasis on violations related to driver's licenses, vehicle registrations and insurance.
