Alderman Tony Thomas is calling all southside residents to a meeting with Savannah-Chatham Metro Police to discuss public safety issues including the most recent shootings.

The meeting is set for 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Aug. 2 at the Armstrong Center on Abercorn Street.
