BEAUFORT, SC (WTOC) - Kenneth William's fate now lies in the hands of a jury. The jury began deliberating around 2:30 Wednesday afternoon after hearing testimony over the last two days from a number of wintnesses in the case.
Kenneth Williams is on trial for the September 2007 murder of 81-year-old Jack Koch at his home on 16th Street in Port Royal, S.C.
Prosecutors said Williams and Timothy Skinner robbed, beat and killed Koch. They said the two men were partying and needed more money so they brought two women went to Koch's home.
Defense attorney Gene Hood argued that Willaims went to Koch's house to bring him women he had asked for.
