Soldiers' homecoming delayed

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Some families who were anxiously waiting for their soldiers to come home have to wait a little longer. Nearly 50 men and women with the 2nd Heavy Brigade Combat Team were supposed to come home at about 8 p.m. Sunday.

But their arrival was pushed back to about 10 a.m. Monday. The soldiers have been stationed in Iraq for a year.

They are being reunited with their loved ones in a special ceremony at Fort Stewart.
