Thunderbolt Residents Give to Help Ten Month Old Boy

People in Thunderbolt are rolling up their sleeves to help a ten month old little boy. Mason Morgan needs a liver and small bowel transplant. He needs two to three blood transfusions every month because of his condition. To help, 25 people gave blood to the Florida-Georgia Alliance on Saturday. All of the blood donated will help Mason and others in the Savannah area. The Morgans are also trying to raise money to pay for a non-commercial flight to Pittsburgh for Mason's liver transplant. Their medical insurance won't cover the cost. If you would like to help, the family has set up an account in Mason's name at Bank of America, 2153 E. Victory Drive in Savannah.
