Go nuts for the 21st Annual Brooklet Peanut Festival

BROOKLET, GA (WTOC) - The 21st annual Brooklet Peanut Festival is set for Aug. 21.

It kicks off with a 5K Peanut Run/Walk before the parade. Festival goers will then line the streets of downtown Brooklet for the parade, which starts at 10 a.m. If you can't make it to the parade you can watch it live on WTOC.

Check out the arts and crafts booths, which showcase individuals' efforts and talents. Be sure not to miss the tractor races. A Kiddie Pedal Tractor race will take place at 12 p.m. and the Slow Tractor Race will follow.

The festival's entertainment lineup includes Glenn Kearney, the Southern MC's, Shannon Harville and more.

The festival wraps up Saturday night with the annual street dance, which starts at 7 p.m.
