Two men arrested for double shooting in Colleton Co.

COLLETON COUNTY, SC (WTOC) – The Colleton County Sheriff's Department arrested a man in connection with a double shooting in the Cottageville area of Colleton County.

Ra'Sheen La'Quan Walters was taken into custody Sunday, and charged with murder, attempted murder, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime, according to police. 18-year-old Andre Christopher Crawford also turned himself in for the shootings.

Both are being charged with the murder of Jessica Judge, 22, of Summerville, S.C.

Both Judge and a 16-year-old male were shot multiple times while sitting in a vehicle Saturday evening. The teen was transported to a Charleston-area hospital, where he is in serious condition.

Judge was treated by fire and rescue teams on the scene, but later died at the hospital, according to Colleton County Sheriff George Malone.
