Two Savannah men in custody on drug charges

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Two men who were wanted on drug charges have turned themselves in, according to authorities.

Agents with the Chatham-Savannah Counter Narcotics Team found more than 10 marijuana plants during an Aug. 12 search of a home at 120 East 38th St. Agents arrested Christopher Allen Roach, 23, and Ray Deal Piper, 26, at the time the search warrant was being carried out.

Ian Samuel Hubbard, 25, and Jack Benjamin Hyman, 23, both of Savannah, were wanted on charges of manufacturing marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana more than 1 oz. and possession of tools during the commission of a crime.

CNT said that both men turned themselves in after they discovered their pictures posted on media websites.  Hubbard turned himself into the Chatham County Detention Center and Hyman turned himself into Savannah-Chatham Metro Police headquarters.
