COFFEE CO., GA (WTOC) - Jury selection is under way in Coffee County for the trial of the man accused of killing a well-known former district attorney.
Thursday is the fourth day in the process of picking people who'll listen to the case against Bobby Stribling. Jesup police said he killed 74-year-old Glenn Thomas in June 2007.
Thomas was found beaten at his law office in downtown Jesup and died two weeks later from head injuries.
Stribling pleaded not guilty. The jury is being selected in Coffee County because of publicity in Jesup. The trial should is scheduled to begin next week.
