Students perform theater in Scotland

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Talented students from Savannah Arts Academy are on a summer journey abroad. They're in Edinburgh, Scotland for the American high school theater festival.

Their big performance "The Katrina Project: Hell and High Water" is Friday at the Churchill Theater in Edinburgh. They've been busy rehearsing.

They climbed the volcanic mountain Arthur's seat.

They will head home on Friday and will start school on Monday.

They said that without support from the school district and the community this trip wouldn't have been possible.
