SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - A judge is deciding whether the government should fund a trip to Iraq for the defense team of a Fort Stewart soldier.
On Tuesday, Sgt. Jospeh Bozicevich went before a judge again. His defense argued that the need to go to Iraq to look at the crime scene and interview other soldiers.
Bozicevich is accused of fatally shooting Staff Sgt. Darris Dawson and Sgt. Wesley Durbin back in 2008 on a patrol base in Iraq.
The judge did not make a decision on Tuesday.
