SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - A fourth-year student at the Savannah College of Art and Design is the winner of the Enmark Savannah River Bridge Run's SCAD poster and T-shirt design contest.
David Egelhoff, who's in SCAD Professor Jason Fox's Production Design class, won and received a $400 grand prize from the Greater Savannah Area Sports Council. The winning artwork is the official 2010 Enmark Savannah River Bridge Run T-shirt design and will be used in promotional materials. Chad Jacobs, who is also in the Production Design class, came in second place and will receive a $200 prize.
The designs were judged based on creativity, originality and how some required elements were used. The panel of judges included representatives from Enmark, Visit Savannah, the Greater Savannah Sports Council and Robertson & Markowitz Advertising and Public Relations Inc.
